Are your products genuine?
Yes. mStore.ie is an authorised Xiaomi reseller, selling Xiaomi in Ireland since 2019. Everything is genuine EU stock with Irish VAT included, so there are no customs charges when it arrives.
Will it work on Three, Vodafone or Eir?
Yes. EU models are built for EU network bands, so they work on Three, Vodafone and Eir, including 5G on supported models.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Order before 2pm on a working day and it’s delivered the next working day, anywhere in Ireland. Delivery is free on orders over €100.
Can I return something I bought on Black Friday?
Yes. You have 14 days to change your mind, and orders placed from 1 November 2026 can be returned until 15 January 2027. Items need to meet the conditions in our Returns Policy.
Can I pay in instalments?
