7500 mAh and a 6.9-inch 120Hz screen
Two days between charges, 45W turbo charging, a headphone jack and microSD up to 2TB, in an IP64 body under Gorilla® Glass 7i. Irish stock, Irish warranty.
POCO C95 Pro: a two-day battery phone that keeps the headphone jack
The POCO C95 Pro is built around one thing: lasting. Its 7500 mAh battery is rated for two days of moderate use in Xiaomi’s tests, with up to 28 hours of video or 46 hours of calls, and Xiaomi says it keeps more than 80% of its capacity after 1000 full charge cycles. When it does run down, 45W turbo charging takes it from empty to full in 96 minutes, and it can top up earbuds or another phone at up to 22.5W over a cable.
The screen is a 6.9″ panel at 1600 × 720 that runs at up to 120Hz in supported apps, under Corning® Gorilla® Glass 7i. Inside is MediaTek’s Helio G91-Ultra with 6GB or 8GB of RAM, which is enough for messaging, social apps, video, maps and casual games. It also keeps the practical extras many phones have dropped: a 3.5mm headphone jack, FM radio, NFC and a microSD slot for cards up to 2TB.
Know three things before you buy. It connects on 4G, not 5G. The screen is HD+ rather than Full HD, so text is a little less crisp than on a Redmi Note. And IP64 means dust and splashes, not submersion.

Two days per charge, full in 96 minutes
At 7500 mAh, the battery is 1500 mAh bigger than the POCO C85’s. Xiaomi’s moderate-use test runs to two days, and the battery is rated to hold more than 80% of its capacity after 1000 full cycles. There is no charger in the box: a 45W USB-C PD charger gets the full speed.
| Typical capacity | 7500 mAh |
|---|---|
| Video playback | Up to 28 hours |
| Calls / music | Up to 46 hours / up to 91 hours |
| Charging | 45W turbo charging, 0–100% in 96 minutes |
| Reverse charging | Up to 22.5W, wired |
| Rated lifespan | 1000 cycles at > 80% capacity |
Gorilla® Glass 7i and an IP64 seal
Corning® Gorilla® Glass 7i covers the screen. The IP64 rating means the phone is sealed against dust and copes with splashes and rain in lab tests to IEC 60529. It is not made for submersion, and seawater, pool water and drinks should be kept away from it. Wet Touch keeps the screen accurate when your fingers are wet or soapy.
- IP64 dust and splash resistance
- Corning® Gorilla® Glass 7i cover glass
- Wet Touch for wet or soapy fingers
- Metal-finish trim and large-radius rounded corners
A 6.9-inch 120Hz screen that is easy on the eyes
The 6.9″ panel is big enough for video and comfortable for reading, and it refreshes at up to 120Hz in supported apps, so scrolling looks smooth. It reaches 825 nits in high-brightness mode for outdoor use. DC dimming and TÜV Rheinland certifications for low blue light, flicker-free and circadian-friendly viewing make it gentler for late-night use.

A big battery in an 8.8 mm body
Fitting 7500 mAh in adds some weight: at 232 g and 8.8 mm thick, the C95 Pro is a little heavier and thicker than the C85. Metal-finish trim and rounded corners keep it comfortable to hold. The fingerprint sensor sits in the side button, and AI face unlock is there too.

Which POCO C95 Pro should you buy?
Both versions use the same chip and eMMC 5.1 storage, so you are choosing RAM and capacity — and the microSD slot means storage is easy to add later.
| 6GB + 128GB | Plenty for calls, messaging, social apps and photos, especially with a microSD card added. The sensible pick for a first phone or a backup. |
|---|---|
| 8GB + 256GB | The pick if you keep a lot on the phone or switch between apps often. The extra RAM keeps more apps open, and it’s the only version that extends to 16GB. |
Not every colour and memory option is stocked in Ireland at all times. The variants available to order are shown in the options above.

Frequently asked questions
Does the POCO C95 Pro support 5G?
No. It connects on 4G LTE, 3G and 2G only. For most calls, messaging, streaming and browsing in Ireland, 4G is plenty; if you want 5G, look at the POCO M8 5G.
Will it work on Three, Vodafone and Eir?
Yes. It supports LTE bands 1, 3, 7, 8, 20 and 28, which include the 800MHz and 1800MHz bands that carry most 4G traffic in Ireland. Calls, texts and mobile data work on all three networks.
How long does the 7500 mAh battery last?
Xiaomi rates it for two days of moderate use, up to 28 hours of video or up to 46 hours of calls in its own tests. Your own figure will depend on screen brightness, signal strength and the apps you use. The battery is rated to keep more than 80% of its capacity after 1000 full charge cycles.
Does the POCO C95 Pro come with a charger?
No. In the box you get a USB Type-C cable and a SIM eject tool, but no charger. For the full 45W speed, use a 45W USB-C PD charger or a Xiaomi 45W charger; it then goes from empty to full in about 96 minutes.
Is the POCO C95 Pro waterproof?
No — it is splash resistant. IP64 covers dust and splashing water, so rain and spills are fine, but it should not go underwater, and seawater, pool water and drinks should be kept away from it. The rating is certified under laboratory conditions, is not permanent and can weaken with wear or damage. Liquid damage outside the tested conditions is not covered by warranty.
Does it have a headphone jack and FM radio?
Yes. There is a 3.5mm headphone jack, and FM radio works with wired headphones plugged in, which act as the aerial. Bluetooth 5.4 with LDAC is there for wireless headphones too.
Can I use two SIMs and a microSD card at the same time?
No. The tray is a hybrid 3-in-2 design: two nano SIMs, or one SIM plus a microSD card. Cards up to 2TB are supported.
Does it have NFC for contactless payments?
Yes. NFC is built in, so Google Wallet and contactless payments work as normal.
Is the screen Full HD?
No. The 6.9″ screen is HD+ at 1600 × 720. It runs at up to 120Hz, which makes scrolling smooth, and it is fine for video and everyday apps, but text is not as sharp as on a Full HD phone such as the Redmi Note range.
How long will it get software updates?
It ships on Xiaomi HyperOS 3, and Xiaomi describes a 36-month like-new software experience based on its own ageing tests. Xiaomi’s product page does not state a number of years of security updates for this model.
Should I buy the POCO C95 Pro or the POCO C85?
Take the C95 Pro for the bigger 7500 mAh battery, faster 45W charging, reverse charging, Gorilla® Glass 7i and HyperOS 3. Take the C85 if you would rather have a slimmer, lighter phone and can live with 6000 mAh and 33W charging.
